The vote is three weeks away, and South Hadley needs you now more than ever.
Every conversation at a neighbor’s door, every yard sign planted, every phone call or text message to a friend or acquaintance brings us one step closer to protecting the schools, services, and community we all love. There are many ways that you can help, with volunteer opportunities to fit any schedule or interest. Choose one or choose several, and know that whatever you can do makes a real difference in our campaign to Save South Hadley.

All-Volunteer Meeting & Virtual Canvassing
Join us Thursday, March 26 for an All-Volunteer Meeting & Virtual Canvassing Event at The Boathouse. Stop by from 6 – 8 p.m. for campaign updates; virtual canvassing (identifying likely voters you know and are willing to contact); sign up for tabling, standouts and canvassing; and more. Free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, courtesy of our partners in the MTA! All are welcome!

Voter Registration
The deadline to register is April 3. Do you know residents who aren’t registered to vote but want to support the override? Reach out to young adults 18+, neighbors who are new to town, or friends who may not have voted in local elections before and encourage them to register by April 3 so they can vote YES & YES on April 14.

We’re going door-to-door every Saturday, trying to reach as many households as possible. Training & materials are provided, and no one walks alone! Virtual canvassing can be done from anywhere! Stop by for training and help setting up the app. Neighborhood canvassing starts at 9:30 a.m., and virtual canvassing starts at 10:30 a.m. every Saturday until election day. Sign up for canvassing

Join Town Administrator Lisa Wong and School Superintendent Jenn Voyik for an information session about the municipal budget and service impacts to the schools. If you know people who aren’t aware of the budget crisis or want to know more about the impact of cuts across all town departments including the schools, this is a neutral, non-partisan event hosted by the town. - Host a gathering! Invite friends over for a conversation about the override. We’ll provide materials, and committee members can attend and help answer questions (on request). To sign up, contact Andrea at aga6@cornell.edu.
- Donate to Our Campaign! You can help us reach more people by making a donation to our campaign. Funds raised help us pay for lawn signs, mailers, flyers and other essential campaign supplies. With opposition efforts ramping up, it’s critical that we reach as many voters as possible before election day. Online gifts are quick and easy through our donation page, or reach out for additional ways to donate.
